Dean’s aim in establishing the Austral Group business was to create a culture of family, and his purpose: to assist Austral staff with growing and reaching their potential. This purpose still applies to this day, forming a strong foundation for our core values.
Every staff member is valued as an individual, as are their growth and development needs. We help match the training to the person – accessing the Scaling Up Performance Platform and leveraging the 10 Rockefeller Habits to Success – and everyone is encouraged to grasp these opportunities to upskill and take the next step of their career.
